WHATCOM COUNTY , WA - Larry Green Productions contracted screenwriter David T. Adams to pen the script for the upcoming feature film WITCHES OF FAIRHAVEN –a scary glimpse into a supernatural conflict buried deep within a rural town.

Slated to film in Whatcom County in the fall of 2005, WITCHES OF FAIRHAVEN is the story of a recovering alcoholic who is compelled to exploit his clairvoyant skills to hunt and destroy the leader of an evil coven gathering strength in the peaceful town of Fairhaven .

“I've even scared myself while writing this,” exclaims Adams, a Whatcom County resident. “It's interesting how many creepy things come out of the woodwork when you work on a project like this!”

Adams is the Educational Coordinator for the Bellingham based company, The Indie Film Group.

In addition to one previous script sale, Adams has published several articles on the craft of screenwriting, and he has provided screenplay consultation for projects by Writers working for Universal Studios as well as for those working independently.

“I'm pleased that this story has already conjured so much momentum with several Hollywood figures,” states creator, Producer, and Bellingham resident, Larry Green.

“It will be a thrill to bring this kind of attention to such a remarkable community.”

Green launched his career in the film industry after a three-year stint as U.S. Merchandising Liaison for Lucasfilm Ltd. during the production of STAR WARS and THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.

With the support of Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone, Green formed Larry Green Productions (LGP) in 1983 –a company specializing in publishing and distributing movie posters for such companies as MGM/UA, Warner Bros., 20 th Century Fox, and Paramount.

Green's experience in the film industry has included producer credits for several projects, including the Academy Award nominated documentary feature SUPERSTAR: THE LIFE AND TIMES OF ANDY WARHOL.
